EE WAS ATTEMPTI3G TO CLOSE A HATCH ON THE TOP OF A RAIL CAR WHEN A GUST OF WIND BLEW THE HATCH BACKWARD CAUSING THE EE TO FALL BACKWARD OFF THE CAR. THE EE FELL ON A CONCRETE SURFACE COVERED WITH APPROX 1"12" OF SNOW & ICE STRIKING HIS HEAD NECK & SHOULDERS. UPON CONTACT EE BEGAN BLEEDING RPOFUSLEY FROM THE MOUTH & HE EXPIRED APPROX 1-2 MINUTES LATER.
