AIR WAS PUT IN 7HE WATER TANK TO FORCE THE WATER IN SMALLER TANK VICTIM WAS STANDING AT THE FRONT OF TANK WHEN THE END OF TANK THREW OUT AND STRUCK VICTIM KILL HIM INSTANTANLY.
