THE VICTIM WAS 2PERATING A SCOOP ON ROUTE TO THE SURFACE TO PICK UP MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES, WHEN HE APPARENTLY GOT HIS HEAD CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SCOOP AND THE MINE ROOF, RESULTING IN HIS DEATH.
