I,NAME AND THRE9 EMPLOYEES WERE REVERSING ELECTRICAL ROTATION ON A 250 H.P. MOTOR, I,NAME AND OTHER EMPLOYEE WERE LIFTED OVER A FENCED TRANSFORMER GROUP WITH A FRONT-END LOADER. THE OVERHEAD F EED TO THE TRAN8FORMERS HAD NOT BEEN DISCONNECTED. I,NAME CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE OVERHEAD FEED TO THE TRANSFORMER WHILE REPLACING FUSED CUT-OUTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
