THE FATAL INJUR3ES WHERE ENCURRED WHILE THE MAN WAS TRAMMING THE MOBILE BRIDGE CONVEYOR BEHIND THE MINER. THE MAN WAS TRAPPED BETWEEN THE MACHINE AND THE RIB.
