THE VICTIM DROW3ED AFTER RECEIVING AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK WHICH CAUSED HIM TO FALL INTO THE WATER STRIKING HIS HEAD ON A BLUNT OBJECT AS HE FELL. HE WAS ATEMPTING TO ALIGN THE ENDS OF A METAL D DISCHARGE PIPR 3EAR DREDGE. A BARE SECTION IN THE POWER CONDUCTOR CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE METAL STRUCTURE OF THE PONTOON THEREBY CAUSING ONE END OF THE PIPE TO BE ENERGIZED AT APPROX 290 VO
