EMPLOYEE WAS ON3TOP OF #3 STOPE-MUCK PILE, MOVING WATER HOSE, USED TO FREE UP STOPE, WHEN THE MUCK PILE GAVE WAY BENEATH HIM, DRAWING HIM INTO MUCK CHUTE.
