EMP WAS REPLACI3G A HYDRAULIC HOSE UNDER THE REAR CONVEYOR OF MARIETTA DRUM MINER HIS HELPER WAS WORKING WITH HIM FROM THE OPERATOR COCKPIT. THEEMPLOYEE WAS IN UNDER THE CONVEYOR TRYING TO INS TALL A NEW HYDR5ULIC HOSE. THE CONVEYOR WASNTO BLOCKED IN PLACE. EITHER HIS HELPER OR THE HOSE STRUCK THE CONTROL LEVER FOR THE CONVEYOR LIFT JACKS. THE CONVEYOR FELL PINNING THE EMPLOYEE AGA
