I.NAME WAS IN T2E SCREENING ROOM AND ONE OF HIS CO-WORKERS NOTICED THAT I.NAME WAS MISSING. UPON GOING TO CHECK ON HIM, THEY FOUND HIM WITH HIS ARM CAUGHT IN THE CONVEYOR BELT TAIL PULLEY. THE FREED HIM FROM 7HE TAIL PULLEY AND TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON ARRIVAL
