VICTIM WAS HELP3NG TO PLACE A STEEL PLATE BURNER SHIELD (5X18X7/16--1600 LBS). AS THE PLATE TOUCHED THE GROUND THE CHAIN DISCONNECTED CAUSING THE PLATE TO TIP, THE VICTIM MOVED CLEAR AND THEN MOVED BACK IN F9ONT OF THE PLATE TO GUIDE IT AWAY FROM HIS DRILL. THE PLATE TIPPED ONTO HIM
