THE POWER FOR T2E TAKEOFF PUMP WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE VICTIM CRAWLED UNDER THE TRACTOR TO MANUALLY ENGAGE THE PUMP. WHEN THE DUMP BED CAME DOWN IT CAUSED THE TRACTOR TO ROLL FORWARD AND THE FRONT DUAL ROLL9D OVER HIS HEAD AND UPPER CHEST
