EXPLOSIVES. A BLASTING ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT APPROX 2:00 PM ON 7/31/90 ON THE 001-0 SECTION AT GRANNY ROSE COAL CO., NO. 3 MINE, ID NO. 1516719. THREE EMPLOYEES WERE FATALLY INJURED IN THE ACCI DENT.
