EMPL WAS HAND MUCKING IN PREPARATION FOR RAISING CRIB WHEN THE BROW UNDER WHICH HE WAS WORKING GAVE WAY AND BURIED HIM BENEATH THE BROKEN ROCK.THE BROW WAS SUPPORTED BY ROCK BOLTS AND HAD BEEN CHECKED AND THE AREA SCALED.
