AFTER LUNCH, THEY TOOK THE BUCKET TRUCK TO #2 TO BEGIN REMOVAL OF POWER LINES FROM THE #2 SUBSTATION AREA. HE WAS USING THE BUCKET TRUCK AND APPARENTLY DECIDED HE COULD NOT REACH THE LINES. HE THEN REPOSITIONED THE BUCKET AND CLIMBED ONTO THE TOWER. HE THEN CUT AWAY THE 8 LINES TO THE WEATHER HEAD FITTINGS AND 3 MAIN FEED LINES AND LOWERED THE INSULATORS. HE WAS APPARENTLY FINISHED
