EMP BACKING THE LOADED TRUCK UP DUMPSITE ROAD TRAVELED THROUGH BERM AND TRIED TO JUMP OUT OF VEHICLE, VEHICLE STARTED TO SLIDE DOWN THE STOCK PILE IT CATAPULTED THE EMP OVER THE VEHICLE TO TH E BOTTOM OF STOCK PILE AND THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER AND CAME TO REST ON THE EMP
