AS A RESULT OF AN INVESTIGATION IT APPEARED THAT THE EE ACCIDENTALLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH 300 D.C. VOLTS TROLLEY WIRE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PUT POLE ON WIRE RESULTING IN ELECTROCUTION.
