THE MINE FOREMAN WAS MUCKING WITH AN LHD INTO AN ONE TRANSFER RAISE. IT IS SUSPECTED THAT A BOULDER ROLLED BACK OUT OF THE BUCKET WHICH WAS IN THE DUMP POSITION AND STRUCK THE VICTIM WHO WAS I N THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT OF THE LHD.
