TRUCK WAS PARKED VICTIM WAS ON CAT WALK. THE TRUCK ROLLED BACK VICTIM GOT BACK IN TRUCK AND TRUCK ROLLED OVER EMBANKMENT VICTIM WAS THROWN OUT AND TRUCK ROLLED OVER HIM.
