THE VICTIM WAS IN AN UNSAFE POSITION WHILE THE #86 SHIELD CANOPY WAS APPARENTLY WEDGED AND SUSPENDED BETWEEN THE CANOPIES OF #85 AND #87 SHIELDS.SHIELD BECAME DISLODGED AND DROPPED CRUSHING TH E VICTIM.
