THE LEFT FRONT TANDEM CAME OFF OF THE NO.1 CLINE COAL TRUCK. THE SAID TANDEM ROLLED APPROX. 450 FT DOWN GRADE AND STRUCK EE WHILE HE WAS WAITING ON THE WATERTRUCK TO FILL. THIS RESULTED IN FAT AL INJURIES.
