THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A 12-CM11 JOY MINER IN THE REMOTE MODE AND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE MINER BOOM AND A COAL RIB.THE EMPLOYEE HAD POSITIONED HIMSELF WITH HIS BACK TOWARD THE MINER WALKIN G AWAY FROM THE MACHINE.
