WHILE REPAIRING CONVEYOR BELT, EMPLOYEE REACHED OUT TO THE HAND RAIL IN ORDER TO STEP DOWN TO THE CATWALK, WHEN DOING SO, THE HAND RAIL GAVE AWAY WITH HIS WEIGHT CAUSING HIM TO GO OVER THE SID E APPROXIMATELY 22' (TWENTY-TWO FEELT) TO THE GROUND LANDING IN NEARLY A SEATED POSITION.
