ASSUME OPERATOR JUMPED OR WAS THROWN FROM FRONT END LOADER AS IT WAS DESCENDING BACKWARDS DOWN SLOPE. IT APPEARED LOADER BACKED OVER OPERATOR, RESULTING IN A FATAL INJURY.
