TWO EMPLOYEE'S WERE LOADING 50' FIELD CONVEYOR ON A 45' FLAT BED TRAILER WHEN ROCKS WOULDN'T COME OUT FROM UNDER CONVEYOR FOREMAN CAME UP TO HELP BECAUSE OF A COPLE OF TRUCKS WERE WAITING TO B E LOADED. FOREMAN CLIMB INTO BUCKET TO LOOSEN BOLTS ON FORK. FOREMAN LOOSEN BOLTHOUSE AND HAD TURNED TO LOOSEN & VICTIM HAD CLIMB UP TO O IT. FOREMAN TURN BACK TO CHECK HIS & SOMETHING SH
