VICTIM & ANOTHER EMPL WERE TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEMS WITH ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR. VICTIM ENTERED HIGH VOLTAGE CONNECTION BOX WITHOUT PROPERLY DE-ENERGIZING & LOCKING OUT POWER SOURCE. VIC TIM CAME IN CONTACT WITH 30,000 TO 50,000 VOLTS OF D.C. CURRENT.
