EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM A BUCKET TRUCK MAKING CONNECTIONS ON SWITCH AND LIGHTENING ARRESTER TO HIGH VOLTAGE LINE WHEN HE ACCIDENTALLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH ANOTHER SWITCH THAT HAD BEEN PREVIO USLY ENERGIZED WITH 7200 VOLTS.
