EMPL WAS DRIVING HAUL TRUCK JTA0627 WITH LOAD OF ORE TO ORE DUMP. HE BACKED UP TO BERM & STARTED TO DUMP WHEN APPARENTLY DUMP FAILED CAUSING HAUL TRUCK TO ROLL OVER BACKWARDS OFF OF ORE DUMP 7 0 TO 70' ROLLING SEVERAL TIMES COMING TO REST ONRIGHT SIDE OF TRUCK AT BOTTOM OF SLOPE.
