EE, CUSTOMER, HAD HIS TRUCK PARKED AND TRUKC WAS BEING LOADED. OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A TRUCK AND BAKCING ADJACENT TO EE. OTHER EMPLOYEE LOST SIGHT OF HIM AS APPROACH WAS MADE. OTHER EMPLO YEE BELIEVED HIM WALKED AROUND SIDE OF HIS OWN TRUCK. OTHER FELT BUMP AND STOPEED TRUCK. EE DISMOUNTED TRUCK AND FOUND HIM HAD BEEN DRIVEN OVER.
