THE EE WAS ASSIGNED THE DUTIES OF REPAIRING THE BOLTING MACHINE AND ALTHOUGH THERE WAS NO EYEWITNESS IT IS APPARENT THAT THE VICTIM LEANED OVER THE BOLTING MACHINE AND HIT THE UPLEAVER WITH HI S HIP OR LEG. THE BOOM OF THE MACHINE PINNED THEVICTIM TO THE ROOF CAUSING CRUSHING FATAL INJURIES TO ME VICTIM CHEST.
