EMPLOYEE WAS DOING MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE SIMMONS-RAND SR5000 REMOTE CONTROL MINER. WHEN THE SECTION FOREMAN RETURNED TO THE AREA FROM HIS PRE-SHIFT EXAMINATION, HE FOUND HIM CRUSHED BETWEEN THE RIB LINE AND THE CUTTER DRUM OF THE CONTINUOUS MINER.
