THE VICTIM A TRUCK DRIVER HAD BACKED HIS TRUCK UP TO THE GRIZZLY AT THE PLANT SITE AND DUMPED HIS LOAD.HE RAISED THE HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED GRIZZLY UP TO DUMP OFF THE OVERSIZE AND THEN WALKED OUT ONTO THE MATERIAL.THE MATERIAL COLLAPSED AND SUFFOCATED HIM.
