INJURED WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE FELL THROUGH AN OPENING IN THE FLOOR PREVIOUSLY COVERED BY REMOVABLE GRATING.HE WITHER WALKED ON THE GRATING OR WAS ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST OR REPLACE THE GRAT E WHEN HE FELL APPROX 14 FT TO THE FLOOR BELOW SUFFERING A FRACTURED SKULL.
