EMPLOYEE CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIGH VOLTAGE TERMINAL BLOCK ON ANOTHER ENERGIZED CIRCUIT IN THE ELECTRICAL CABINET. THE CIRCUIT HE WAS WORKING ON WAS PROPERLY DE-ENERGIZED.
