HE WAS HAULING COAL FROM LOWE STOCKPILE TO THE COAL PREPARATION PLANT DURING NIGHT SHIFT. UPON RETURNING TO LOWE STOCKPILE WITH AN EMPTY TRAIN TO PICK UP THE LAST LOADED TRAIN WHICH WAS PARKED ON THE WEST TRACK, THE OPERATOR FAILED TO STOP AT A SWITCH STATION AND SWITCH THE RAIL TO THE EAST TRACK BEFORE CONTINUING.
