SUB-LEVEL 2 WAS FOUND FLOODED 9-5-94 APPROX 8PM, THE HP ELECTRIC PUMP WAS NOT PUMPING. EE RECEIVED A ELECTRICAL SHOCK CAUSING HIM TO FALL INTO THE DRIFT WHICH PARTIALLY FLOODED RESUTLING IN HI S DEATH.
