ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND THE INJURED PERSON WERE BACKING PETTIBONE HYDRO CARRIER UP INCLINE TO WORK AREA W62-56 STOPE. PETTIBONE LOST POWER AND STARTED DOWN INCLINE, TRAVELED APPROXIMATELY 60 FT. STRIKING LEFT RIB THEN TURNED OVER ON RIGHT SIDE CRUSHING PASSENGER UNDER EDGE OF CANOPY AND SUPPORT FRAME. [INJURED WAS THE PASSENGER]
