EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO REMOVE A STOPPING WHEN A LARGE ROOF FALL OCCURRED, KILLING THE EMPLOYEE. LOCATION WAS 10,889 EAST AND 5405 NORTH. THE STOPPING WAS BEING REMOVED TO ALLOW THE INSTALLATI ON OF A NEW BLEEDER SYSTEM FOR VENTILATION.
