EE WAS RETRIEVING THE PLASTIC NON-ELECTRIC TUBING. AFTER HE HAD RETURNED TO THE BLASTSITE TO PERFORM HIS POST BLAST INSPECTION. HE WAS STANDING AT THE TOP OF THE LEVEL WHICH HE HAD JUST BLASTE D. UNKNOWN TO HIM, HE WAS STANDING ON NATURAL SEAM OF ROCK. THE ROCK SUDDENLY BROKE AWAY FROM THE FACE, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO FALL APPROX. 15 FT, AND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE ROCK THAT HAD FALLE
