A PASSENGER VAN WAS TRAVELING TO THE MINE FACILITY AND OVERTURNED WHEN IT DROVE ONTO A WINDROW OF GRAVEL PLACED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HAULROAD BY A CONTRACTOR. AN EE WAS FATALITY INJURED.
