THE VICTIM WAS FOUND LYING OVER A 7200 VOLT AC HIGH-VOLTAGE SPLICE BOX ON THE 007 MMU. THE SPLICE BOX WAS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY OUTBY TEH SECTION POWER CENTER AND IS APPROX. 3 FT LONG, 2 1/2 FT WIDE AND 18 INCHES DEEP. WHEN THE VICTIM CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE HIGH VOLTAGE, IT CAUSED THE POWER TO DEENERGIZE ON TEH MINE SURFACE.
