002 SECTION INBY SPAD NUMBER 9221 APPROX. 63' IN THE NUMBER 3 ENTRY AT A INTERSECTION. VICTIM HAD BEEN OPERATING A 482 SCOOP AND STOPPED IN INTERSECTION TO HAVE A ELECTRICIAN CHECK A BUCKET JA CK PIN. ANOTHER SCOOP OPERATOR HAULING COAL CAMETHRU SAME INTERSECTION NOT SEEING VICTIMS SCOOP THAT HAD HIS ROADWAY BLOCKED. HIS BUCKET RAN INTO VICTIMS DECK CAUSING A CRUSHING DEATH.
