WHILE TESTING AND SERVICING A NEWLY INSTALLED TOLSMITH 24" DOUBLE SCREW SAND WASHER, THE VICTIM'S CLOTHING BECAME ENTANGLED, PULLING HIM INTO THE RING AND PINION GEARS LOCATED AT THE FRONT OF THE SAND WASHER.
