EE WAS ADJUSTING CABLE ON DRUMS OF BRIDGE CRANE TROLLEY, FOLLOWING REPAIR OF CABLE. EE FELL BETWEEN HOIST AND CLOSING LINE DRUMS WHEN BUCKET WAS LOWERED AND SUFFERED FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES.
