VITIM WAS EMPLOYED BY FOXFIRE ENVIRONMENTAL INC CONTRACTED BY KINDILL MINING TO PICK UP WATER SAMPLES AT REMOTE SAMPLING SITES. A 4-WHEELER ATV USED BY THE VICTIM OVERTURNED ALONG A REMOTE DRA INAGE DITCH AND LANDED ON TOP OF HIM. IT APPEARED THAT THE VICTIM ATTEMPTED TO STEER AROUND A BUSH AND OVERTURNED ON THE SIDE OF A DRAINAGE DITCH BERM. THE ATV LOOKED LIKE IT ROLLED ONCE AND
