TECHNICIAN FROM AN OUTSIDE TIRE SERVICE COMPANY WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING A NEW TIRE ON A FRONT END LOADER. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, THE TIRE FELL ON THE TECHNICIAN, SUBJECTING HIM TO FATAL INJURIES.
