THE DECEASED WAS RETYRBUBG A KIAD IF CA-6 MATERIAL BACK TO THE STOCKPILE. AS THE TRAILER BOX WAS APPROX. 30 DEGREES IN THE AIR THE DECEASED EXITED THE CAB TO UNHOOK THE SPREADER CHAINS AT THE REAR OF THE TRAILER. WHEN THE DECEASED WAS AT THE REAR OF THE TRAILER THE STOCKPILE MATERILA SLOUGHED OFF COVERING THE VICTIM.
