VICTIM (MINER OPERATOR) POSITIONED HIMSELF IN A LOCATION THAT HAD A PIECE OF ROCK BREAK LOOSE FROM THE ROOF, WHICH APPARENTLY CAUGHT THE VICTIM AS IT FELL, CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
