EE WAS REMOVING CRIB BLOCKS FROM LEFT RIB. HE WENT AROUND THE BACK END OF THE SCOOP TO GET THE CRIB BLOCKS ON THAT SIDE. AS HE DID, A PIECE OF ROCK FELL RROM THE RIB TO THE BOLTS. THE ROCK FEL L ON THE SIDE OF THE SCOOP & SLIDE DOWN CATCHING THE EE'S HEAD BETWEEN THE ROCK & THE MINE FLOOR.
