A FATAL ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN A ROCK MEASURING 12" WIDE X 12" HIGH X 50" LONG FELL FROM THE RIB AT THE MINE ROOF. THE ROCK STRUCK THE EE NEAR THE SHOULDER AREA FORCING HIS HEAD AGAINST THE CO NTINUOUS MINER LOCATED IN THE AREA. THE VICTIM SUSTAINED MASSIVE HEAD INJURIES WHEN HIS HEAD STRUCK THE CONTINUOUS MINER.
