INVESTIGATION OF ACCIDENT SITE REVEALED THAT A SLAB LOCATED ON RIGHT RIB NEAR FACE SPALLED OFF, ROTATING APPROX. 180 DEGREES STRIKING HIM ON HIS HEAD AND UPPER TORSO. HE SUSTAINED SEVERE CRUSH ING INJURIES. THE APPROX. SLAB MEASUREMENTS WERE 5' L X 3' W X 14" IN THICKNESS.
